Who We Are
Riskly was built around a simple frustration: Quebec's insurance rules — Bill 141, the Convention d'indemnisation directe, the Civil Code's co-ownership provisions — are dense, technical, and rarely explained in plain language, even though they directly affect how condo boards, commercial tenants, and everyday homeowners protect themselves.
Riskly is built by an AMF-licensed damage insurance professional based in Quebec, drawing on real, hands-on experience with how claims, coverage forms, and compliance requirements actually play out — not just how they read on paper.
We don't sell insurance policies, and we're not your broker or advisor. What we build are organizational tools and educational templates: spreadsheets, checklists, and guides that help you get your own documentation, compliance, and understanding in order — in plain English and French.
Important: Riskly provides educational and organizational tools only. We do not provide legal or insurance advice, and we do not act as your insurance broker or advisor. Always confirm anything specific to your situation with your own broker, insurer, or a legal professional.
